I met Tristan during a late night jam at the International Bluegrass Music Association in Raleigh, NC this summer. I ran into him again at 3 Sisters Bluegrass Festival in Chattanooga, TN, where I asked if we could take a step away from the festival to record a tune or two for my new music blog.
